I used to use Maggi Coconut powder for years. In fact, we used to get it from Gulf regularly from our relatives there. Then some friend suggested KLF coconad Oil and I liked it. so decided to try their coconut milk powder and I liked it. Its as good as Maggi. You can use for curry, stews, payasam, anywhere in place of coconut milk and its so easy to use. You get it cheaper if you buy directly from KLF website.

I personally didnt like it in comparison to cold pressed coconut oil. It is good if you will utilise it within 15 days time. Beyond that the oil starts developing an unpleasant flavour and scent which usually comes even when coconut is kept over a period of time. Regular raw coconut or coconut oil users can understand the difference immediately.

i used us for frying fish..its too good..no residue left on frying pan..few coconut oils get stuck to the pan..but not un this case..however a local vendor sells it for less than 300 rs per litre..may be they should drop rates
