I have been using” Low” Ultra low carb Atta for more that 6 months now, it’s been part of daily diet for my Low carb menu.If the quantity is adjusted well it does not cause any sugar spikes,keeps you well within your range.The best part is the taste and the ease of making Roti/chapattis ,it is close to the normal wheat Roti. On the whole a good product to recommend for people following the Low carb diet. Company should work out a way to cut the price

The product tast is okay but when you smell it is not that great. The roti made out of this product is ultra soft and is great product while you are cutting back on carbs. I felt the product was a little too expensive.
