Strange!A reputed brand like Tata Sampann delivering black chana with a toxic pungent naptha smell making it inedible. The first time I complained, they responded late. They wanted the packet but I had already thrown away the packet after transferring the contents in a jar. I thought they wouldn't respond, so I had thrown away the strong smelling black chana. Later they were kind enough to send me another fresh packet without any odour.Unfortunately, this packet I opened has the same strong pungent naptha odour. This time I took out only a handful and soaked to see if the odour disappeared but it didn't. This is utterly non-usable. I have retained the packet with the batch number and the remaining chana. The packet has just been opened.This is a strong reminder to me to stay away from TATA SAMPANN products although it is tarnishing the image of our illustrious icon Mr Ratan Tata.
