It can be used for making chapattis, puri, paratha, kulcha, kachori, cake, cookies etc..Even the chapatis and pooris made of this atta are soft and easy to make.. .It is doing wonders...in my weight loss journey .and the best part is i dont feel hungry for hours..and am energized for the whole day.. The packaging is super great as it is vaccum based which remove all the air inside the package and helps Preserving food for longer time and the flavours, taste ,texture, and moisture of the food is retained.

This keto atta is a healthier because it contains coconut, almond, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, isolated soya protein and is a saviour for those on keto diet. It is an excellent product as we get soft, fresh maida free rotis. I was lucky to find this nutroactive keto atta, this product is the secret of eating a lot without being fat. Do give it a try especially if you are on a keto diet.

I am a north indian and I can vouch for my fellow North Indians, none will like the taste as the coconut flavour is too strong, so I definitely don't want my rotis , bread cakes and cookies all taste like coconut . Bought 3 packs and regretting as there is no return policy . Have tried Lo! Keto atta too . It definitely tastes way better than this

Made my first keto roti. Its soft, tastes like peanut n coconut. It's really filling.Super easy to make. Now I just have to see how effective it is.I am not a keto diet strictly but wanted to avoid wheat, maida, bakery n sugary stuff. Fingers crossed to see if I lose a couple of kilos. ????
