The Sugar Watcher's Ata has helped me to get a better control on my blood sugars . I am a diabetic of long standing. It also curbs the appetite and is a good filler! The downside is that it is coarse and not very tasty. Slightly bitter in taste. But that is negligible. On the whole I am happy that I don't have to buy different cereals and get them ground at a mill!

Big fan of this brand “Sugar Watchers” , so when I got to know that they have launched a new variant of gluten free aata , I had to try it . And I was as happy with this Amwel Multigrain Flour Low GI ,as I was from their other products . The rotis made from this are much softer and better in taste from the other similar product available in the market which becomes hard and not very chewable . Would Highly recommend to diabetic people as well as those striving to be healthy and fit . Good for keeping blood sugar level in control
