I normally use another brand of tamarind paste. During the lockdown that brand wasn’t available and i happened to come across Indiras Tamarind Concentrate on Silkrute. Read a few reviews and ordered this. Must say its way better than what I used to use. Thick paste and a little is enough to add perfect flavor to your Sambhar or curries.
