Being a south indian cocunut is a unavoidable thing in our life. When i moved from my home town i bought this to make some authetic kerala food and it turned out pathetic. The smell and taste is too strong and very different from original taste. Personally i dont like this.

It tastes ok, and is (apparently) organic, which are good things. But it doesn't have any additives listed in the ingredient list and that cannot possibly be true. It has so much thickener in it that it's almost unusable for certain recipes. If they load it with undeclared thickeners, are there any other undesirable ingredients that they also conveniently didn't list? Preservatives? Why don't they let buyers decide if they want to purchase a product with thickeners, rather than lie about it? And since they lie on their labels, I don't trust that it's really organic.
