I am using the Urban Platter Soya Milk Powder for 2 weeks. I feel the difference in my health condition.I'm 78 now. I had physical weakness, pain in the joints and difficulty in breathing. I would totally recommend this soy milk powder. It is free of palmoil like certain brands. Though not fortified, it is good source of protein and other minerals.You have to boil it until it thickens. It becomes creamy and delicious if you add a tsp of jaggery to it. Worth it. A good supplement. Have mindfully if you have thyroid problems, because soy tends to tamper with over consumption. May be have it once in 4-5 days.
