It is good for other dishes but not for whipped cream icing,I tried it for icing and as it is not a nondairy cream it had very little fat and thickness and more of liquidy milk which made the consistency wattery and think,Otherwise it is great for other dishes,for icing non-dairy whipped cream would be better
