Use it for bread, works fine.The granules are very fine, good for mixing with flour (I do not follow the recommendation to dissolve it first in liquid but add it simply to the flour and add the flour to the liquid ... just my way). First rise comes always fast, almost like instant yeast, second rise takes more time, as usual. I'm using same amount of yeast (in gram) as with other brands. Taste is relatively neutral, I guess I can use it for everything (sour, sweet, etc.).

I am a seasoned bread baker and purchased this yeast instead of my usual. It does work, but I seem to have to use more than I'm used to. It works, just not the best - in my opinion.
