I have had other vegan cheese from Urban Platter that I really liked. However, this parmasan really didn't taste like parmasan cheese. It tasted like garlic flavored nutritional yeast. I used it on pizza, and I had to throw out those slices because it ruined my pizza. I do use nutritional yeast sometimes, so I will try it that way to see if it is any better. But don't buy it for pizza or pasta. It was pretty gross.
