Urban platter as it claims to produce grocery for molecular gastronomy is a big fail. I've spent soo much of money from this manufacturer its all gone to waste. I've bought soy lecithin, xanthan gum, sodium alginate , calcium lactate and unfortunately none of it worked as expected to be. I dought if these products and approved by FDA or FSSAI .
