These taste just like they should-real dark chocolate. They make great chocolate chip cookies. The chocolate does not taste like wax nor like a cheap kind of chocolate. They are shipped in a bag meant to keep them cool but the ice packs are warm by the time I get the package. In any case, the chips have never arrived as melted together clumps. Do store them in the fridge if you live in a hot climate.

Recieved. A big lump of chocolate instead of chips. It's completely stuck up together and won't even come out of the jar ! I was hoping to use them on my son's birthday cake. Highly disappointed.

It is clear cheating as what you have shown in photo and chocolate size and when I received it is granules rather than chips of chocolate and top of it I fail to understand why the seller has sent pack of ice .Amazon should as a gesture of credibility refund my money or allow me to place order for another article for same price.I am totally aghast at the product .
