I ordered chocolate chips. I received a jar of melted chocolate goo. What a waste. If I wanted frosting I would have ordered frosting. Gel packs were completely melted and warm. Pointless. Very disappointed.

I bought this product, twice from Amazon, in the summer of 2021. (not '69 ;-) )Bought it the second time, just in case the first time was a fluke.Both times, I ended up with Chocolate lumps, NOT chocolate chips. Take a look at the attached photos.Company feedback via Instagram was - " we take every precautions and additional steps, but this happens sometimes. " For me, the 'sometimes' was 2/2.I agree on the additional steps (a cold gel bag was included iirc). However, the steps are not enough to prevent the chocolate from melting in summer, which makes the chocolate chips fairly useless for baking.I still give 2 stars coz the dark chocolate tasted great ;-), but as Chocolate chips, this product fails.In the future, I will be buying this from physical stores only, not via Amazon, so that I can visually inspect the product first.
