Disadvantages

I really love the flavour and scent of some of the teas in the sampler - MogoMogo, Giesha, gunpowder. Made me addicted and helped me switch from coffee to green tea. But over time, TGL has replaced some of the premium teas in the sampler with the plain herbal teas like SlimLine. The sampler does not really represent the full set of their teas.For the current set of teas, the sampler is over priced and I'd recommend you against it. You are better off purchasing individual flavours as tea bags or loose tea.

The product is very good. Presentation is very good too. But roughly Rs 20/- per tea bag is way too expensive. Maybe they can bring down the price to Rs 8 per tea bag.

The product is good, the package is excellent! The tea leaves seem to be of a superior quality as well, and the pyramid shape allows them to brew and steep properly. But there is one big BUT! it's the artificial flavour. The tea smells like a dishwasher soap. There was one extra tea bag in the box with MOGO MOGO flavour. Same story. Smells like a synthetic bubble gum. It is such a big disappointment.. When one buys such a 'luxury' product, he or she doesn't expect artificial cheap flavouring. We want natural flavours, with very fine and gentle aroma, but not a lemon flavour that literally punches in the face.

Kashmiri Kahwa Tea is a traditional Kashmiri tea flavoured with cardamom and infused with cloves, cinnamon and saffron. It is basically green tea with flavours of spices. It contains dry fruits like almonds, cherry pistachios or cashew nuts etc. with added rose petals. It is generally a winter drink but you can have it throughout the year. You will love the flavour and essence of it.I love this one and its worthy what I felt. Take a hot water in a cup and dip the bag in the cup or you main boil it a bit. The essence of the spices with the added saffron and rose petals will make you love for this tea.

I love this fruity infusion and have recommended to a lot of friends and relatives who also love it. It goes well with Pan-Asian cuisines especially as a palate-cleanser. In my last order, I was surprised to find an empty packet (without the tea bag). I hope this is a one-time QC problem. It would be great if TGL can bring down the costs a bit for regular consumers like me.
