So, the texture is actually like tahini or almond butter. It's not a powder. However, it kind of dissolved using a shaker, and made a nice milky water. The taste is good, it's truly 100% almonds, no lie in there. I tried the paste without dissolving and it tastes amazing. But since it's a new thing, you have to experiment a bit with it and see what works for you. Tried to boil it as someone commented but it didn't work for me: it frothed a lot and it's the same result with a shaker. It won't fully dissolve. It's like you make your own almond milk with a blender, no strainer, using real almonds. This is how it looks like to me. I like it and will buy again, it's innovative and practical. However, to reduce costs & package, the brand could offer it on a jar too, so you can actually make as much milk as you want or as strong as you want it. I recommend it but be ready to experience by yourself!
