This is not poha - more like broken/crushed rice. It's some kind of semi boiled and beaten rice - really thick and not as boiled as poha. If you want to make it soft, you have to soak it for around 1~2 hours, or boil it for sometime. Nice point is that it has good flavour and the rice is of good quality.

We were looking for organic pohe/poha/pawa. However this is nothing like it. Its almost rice (very thick).Please don't buy this.
