This is better consumed after soaking (overnight if possible) and boiling or microwaving for a few minutes more than rolled oats. That said, these steel cut oats are quite unique in taste and texture and I recommend it highly - you'll likely never go back to plain or instant oats. To the manufacturer: please maintain this quality and preferably moderate the price for us poor consumers

Been using it close to 2 years. Quality appears to have deteriorated. Lots of very small bits and powdery stuff.Time to look for a different brand.I know you allow only reviews that help you sell a product and that negative reviews however valid they might be are unwelcome. I knew this review will not be accepted.But then why do you have to pester us for a review?
