Contains a lot of sugar.All the varieties taste the same to differentiate the taste they've added food flavours like Vanilla strawberry orange. It also contains dangerous DALDA hydrogenated oils which are very bad for the heart and cholesterol. It also gives rise to acidity. should be avoided my money went down drain

I got 4 packets from cred. Arrived today . Had 1 bite and instant regret.i then checked the description and 1 bar has close to 3 grams of sugar!. Basically that negates any "goodness" they are claiming.
