The oats powder is very good for the babies of 6 months of age. A good first food to offer. It is easily digestible and keeps baby full for about 3 to 4 hours. Mix it with some fruit purees like apple, banana, prunes for taste and better nutrition. Mix with water of room temperature before cooking to avoid lumps in the porridge.
