The bag is excellent in durability, looks, design and finish. But due to lack of proper guidelines for dispatch, it is brutally folded into a circle and squeezed into a small box, permanently creasing and damaging its inner foam padding as well as outer leather foam finish. This has happened second time and third time, only the first time i got the bag straight without folding.
