It does not reduce the pain nor improve your condition. Its a waste of money. Like someone said I started using it as a lip balm. As a lip balm also its too oily. Also it melts n flows for the temperature in my city.

Disadvantages

If you are looking for a cream for sore nipples due to breastfeeding, then this is not the cream you should go for. Its indication says, the cream should be applied during pregnancy to smoothen your nipples to prepare for breastfeeding.It has a strong unpleasant smell. The description says, you should apply the cream after breastfeeding, and wash your nipples before breastfeeding, which only leaves the nipples dry and sensitive. This defeats the whole purpose of soothing feeling during breastfeed. Hence this cream is not for repairing sore nipples.I urge Cipla to improvise upon their R&D and come out with a cream which doesn't require to be washed before breastfeeding.
