It's just spoolie, no eyebrow powder comeout from it, just eyebrow tool. Coming to pencil shade is good. Pigmentation also good. Sometimes little harder pencil. I used upto round shaped or normal type of tip eyebrow pencil. For me this is little bit difficult to apply becoz of triangular shape tip. I suggest to sugar Cosmetics to release the eyebrow pencil with normal tip. Like round shape. Since eyebrow pencil common to use by any women. For triangular tip, need more practice. Becoz of non creamy texture. It's not messy. A specially best option for south indians. Since compare to north india, south india is very hottest place.
